back on antidepressants!! yeah baby!!! i am super happy about this because my bad physical health was heavily affecting my mental health and i really really needed to go back on antidepressants, and this time i was prescribed some that are good for chronic fatigue/pain/fibromyalgia, which is what doctors suspect i might have (still need go through tests to rule out possible inflammatory or degenerative diseases tho). so!! good news for me!! hope i'll get some of my energy back

#i feel like my life has been spiralling out of control because of how my condition has worsened over the last few months #it was affecting EVERYTHING #i have no energy for social life #or hobbies #or work #or literally the most basic tasks and self-care #so this is a relief #biel talks

Friendly reminder to check your coming (school) week/month for events, essays and homework (and other stuff) and to make a planning! Plan accordingly to the events happening in your life! It will suck to sort it all out but future you will be grateful for it!

And remember that you can always split your homework/some chores into different parts!

Also stop procastinating and actually stick to your planning!

Fucking honors chemistry is kicking my ASS

i am in a senior studio class that’s.... like my thesis.... and i am stressed out

#why am i student leader #why do i have two internships #why do i have friends #why do i have social obligations #or hobbies #or basic human needs like sleep #ontop of six classes my senior semester #Anonymous

Also sometimes I really afraid to share my experience with academia here because I know for a fact that it is very very disconnected from everyone else’s and I just don’t want anyone here to say “blasphemy!” when I tell them that a lot of the time I dread reading my syllabi and when I don’t I don’t always feel very engaged or content with it.
