Hungry not? Took this pic a few weeks back at Lagoon Hawker Centre. Fantastic oyster omelette. Just the right amount of eggs and oysters stir-fried to release all that moist, flavorful goodness!
Its birth still perplexes me though. I mean who’s the crazy guy who took oysters and threw them together with eggs on an oily wok? It’s like…deep-frying caviar. No matter, a bit of craziness benefits everyone in the end.
