Kakashi: *walks out on Tsunade while she’s trying to give him a mission so he can go to Naruto and Sasuke when they need him*

Kakashi: *doesn’t put up with the elders excusing Danzo’s actions*

Kakashi: *puts in effort to get Sasuke out of prison where a bootlicker who see’s nothing wrong with the system would probably let him sit there for the rest of his life*

Kakashi: *makes deep and meaningful changes as Hokage, like making it a rule to take enmies alive instead of killing them*

Kakashi: *uses his experiences as a shinobi and a weapon for the state to try and make the village that used him just a bit better, but also left work for Naruto because he was entrusting the future to Naruto for bigger changes, and even if he wanted to make radical endless changes it would have taken time because shit doesn’t happen over night*
