A soft sound of frustration left the mans lips as he leaned back against the wall on the alleyway. He had just bollocks up a deal and he knew that he was going to get an ear bashing from the boss unless he somehow salvaged it. How, he had no idea, but he had to at least try if he wanted to keep his fingers.

“Fuck this.” He kicked the wall opposite him and cried out in pain. Not one of his smartest moves. A thought of ‘how could this get any worse’ ran through his mind as he slid down the wall to come to a sitting position, ignoring the fact he was sitting on a dirty alleyway floor.
