One of my customer brought me many stuffs to repair : one analog multi-effect and three vintage analog synthesizer. So, I began with the analog multi-effect : an old Ibanez UE400. It’s a true analog multi-effect with flanger, chorus, overdrive and compression. The better part of this effect is that you can arrange the order of the effect like you want. Chorus then Flanger or Flanger then overdrive then chorus ? No problem, with the front panel, it’s easy to program (just a few knobs to turn). The inside is very beautiful with this orange PCB and all of these multicolor wires everywhere.

Un de mes clients m’a ramené plein de trucs à réparer : un multi-effet analogique et trois synthés analos vintage. Du coup, j’ai commencé avec le multi-effet analo : un vieux Ibanez UE400. Il s’agit d’un vrai multi-effet analogique avec un flanger, un chorus, un overdrive et un compresseur. Le meilleur truc de cet effet, c’est que l’on peut arranger l’ordre des effets comme bon vous semble. Vous voulez le chorus avant le flanger ou le flanger avant le chorus et l’overdrive ? Pas de problème, avec les boutons situés sur le ‘front panel’, c’est très facile de programmer ça. L’intérieur est très beau avec un PCB tout orange et plein de fils multicolores dans tous les sens.
