Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1/4 cup orange juice. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds for garnish. Green onions for garnish.
Instructions: In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade. Place shrimp in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
