Happy birthday Tupac!!! One of my favorite images of him..by Dana Lixenberg. Definitely going to see #AllEyezOnMe tonight!!! Gotta give it up to someone who spent 10 years of his life determined to make sure this film was made and story was told. Salute to LT Hutton. Tupac is most certainly THE most misunderstood and polarizing figures in Hip Hop and one of the most in history. It's amazing someone so brilliant can have such an impact on the world artistically, socially and be a beacon of inspiration for generations in just 25 years of living. Only 5 of those years being a professional artist. No one in Hip Hop captured emotion on record like Tupac. He is the Marvin Gaye of Hip Hop. Really hope they do his story justice and capture the essence of who this man was...Afeni's son. But I'm certain @bennyboom kept the integrity in there. I know he's certified if he's down wit the homie @hakimgreen. It's important that our people are telling our stories...and remember what Chuck said..."every brotha ain't a brotha".
