This house is represented in all the guidebooks as the estate of Arsenyev. But no one deciphers what this name and what she is famous. Rather Arseniev were merchants, because in this part of Moscow in the early 19th century, settled mainly people of noble estates. A feature of the house is that he survived the famous fire of 1812.
