A red cushion sea star (Oreaster reticulatus) in Rendezvous Bay, Saint John, Virgin Islands

Does anyone know what kind of fish this cushion star is eating? Some kind of saltwater catfish? My best guess is a hardhead catfish but I really don’t know the marine life in this area. It was big- the sea star was around 15-20 inches in diameter (off the Atlantic coast of Florida)
