These Layered Oreo and Nutella Popsicles are a delightful combination of creamy Nutella, crunchy Oreo cookies, and a smooth milk mixture. They are the perfect sweet treat for a hot day and are sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings.
Ingredients: 10 Oreo cookies. 1 cup Nutella. 2 cups milk. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Begin by crushing the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. You can do this by placing them in a ziplock bag and using a rolling pin to crush them or by using a food processor. In a saucepan, heat the milk and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove it from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Once the milk mixture has cooled, add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and mix well. Take half of the crushed Oreo crumbs and sprinkle them into the bottom of your popsicle molds. Next, pour a layer of the milk mixture over the Oreo crumbs, filling each mold about halfway. Add a dollop of Nutella on top of the milk mixture in each mold. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo crumbs on top of the Nutella layer. Finally, pour the rest of the milk mixture into the molds, filling them to the top. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze them for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are fully frozen. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds to loosen. Enjoy your Layered Oreo and Nutella Popsicles!
