These Easter Bunny Cupcakes are a fun and festive treat for Easter gatherings. They are moist and delicious with a burst of colorful sprinkles, and the adorable bunny decorations make them perfect for the holiday!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup whole milk. 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles. 1 batch of your favorite frosting e.g., buttercream. Cupcake liners. Easter-themed decorations e.g., bunny ears, candy eggs.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. You can line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in another bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing them in with the milk every so often. Start with the dry ingredients and end with the milk. Don't mix any further than that. Add the colorful sprinkles slowly. Fill each cupcake liner about two thirds of the way to the top with batter. In a hot oven, bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool for a few minutes in the pan, then move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. The cupcakes should be completely cool before you frost them with your favorite frosting and decorate them with Easter-themed things like candy eggs and bunny ears. You can now serve and enjoy your sweet Easter Bunny cupcakes!
