This lazy Sunday morning is filled with coffee & procrastination. Like I mentioned before, I haven’t been on Tumblr for months so getting back on here is a great mental break. I have so much work to do! Since I’m taking a week of vacation for Thanksgiving, I want to get ahead as much as I can for work. This means learning more about PrimeNG and Angular2.  I am starting to like frontend development more and more; it’s quick/easier to see my changes compared to backend development. Along with that, it is still a pain to learn about Redux, Ngrx, and state management. I’m glad there is a lot of documentation or else I’ll be even more in the dark.  Anyways, this weekend has gone by quick and I’m excited for this upcoming week :)

This is not exactly study related, but definitely a step towards self-improvement! My husband and I are starting the Keto diet, which is cutting out most carbs. Both of us both agreed that we both need to lose weight so here’s to hoping this will create good habits moving forward. My coworker said that he lost 100+ lbs. from this diet when he was on it for a year so I’m very optimistic. I know that I personally have trouble with portion control and impulse problems, so it’ll be tough but well worth it.

It has been so long since I posted anything! Even adding to my queue has been a challenge since I’m so close to graduation. Yayayay. I am getting my Associates degree in Web Design & Development, so I’m very excited and hopeful for the future. Not only am I finishing up school, I recently obtained two part-time jobs at the nearby mall. Keeping up with school, two jobs, and two kids has been a little stressful but it’s well worth it. I’m making moves, ya know? 

I hope the new year has been treating everyone well so far. I get so happy when I hear and see everyone working towards a better future for themselves :)

Self-care Sunday; also, lazy Sunday. Spent this rainy day indoors and finally watched Thor: Ragnarok. It was pretty great & the girls got to play with their cousins too! I’m surprised I actually got stuff done today, cleaning-wise at least lol. Concluded today with a much needed face mask to help with my wack pores and acne. I’m definitely ready to start the work week tomorrow!

Woke up a little bit earlier today (for a weekend at least lol) & got A LOT accomplished. Usually Sundays are my errand day/get things done day, but I woke up today feeling like I can do everything; I got close to it. Did four loads of laundry, ran dishwasher, vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen, and wiped down the master bathroom all before noon. I also ran a few errands and knocked out most on my to-do list that I have for today.

It’s raining now so my productivity kind of ran out, but I feel accomplished! What a Saturday; now it’s time to have fun with the hub & kids ヽ(^。^)丿
