I'm trying to do some interesting work for my oryginal setting. I've been thinking about it more lately

I'm musing about my superhero setting a bit and I kind of want some insight/suggestions

I'm trying to figure out what I want Heart Ace (spades superman) to actually look like. I know that they are kind of inspired by Jiren from DBS, mostly because I really liked the early intepetation/rewrite of how Jiren was supposed to be like, Superman, and it was Toriyama trying to Canonize goku VS superman, if only that was actually how it turned out.

Another reason is because I want them to actually look like an alien. I want to play into 1960s scifi and UFO culture desgin influences. Gray skin, big eyes. I want them to look like a gray without it looking too goofy.

I know they have a white suit, black cape, and red heart insignia because it opposites Spades colors.

I'm also considering making their suit look like, a part of them, like it's unclear where their skin begins or ends, it also plays into their otherworldlyness. I want them to look like they don't come from our dimension.

On a similar topic, I'm trying to piece together their backstory. They come from a higher dimension based on emotion, and their empath abilities are what make them such a great hero. It's also why they don't trust Spade, because their empath abilities work based on brain chemistry and spades emotions are not. So they can't detect her and they question if her emotions are 'real'.

I know that a twist I want to establish later on is that Heart's alter ego is actually *multiple* different alters. They use these scifi glasses that lets them disguse themselves as different humans and it's revealed that they've been living *multiple* mundane lives in secret with their own connections, jobs wants, and dreams. The glasses are imparted to Spade after their defeat and it's an excuse to give her a cute girl form.
