Chronokinesis
This is the ability to freeze time for short periods. However, those more skilled with the ability can also achieve minor rewinds (going back a few seconds) and use bullet-time. Some drawbacks of the talent may include temporary time-blindness, zoning out, or uncontrollable pauses or 'glitches' in their experience of time. The ability is almost as rare as mesmerizing, however, it operates more like an elemental ability. Akin to the way a Pyrokinetic or Hydrokinetic may always feel the urge to give into the flame or the water, Chronokinetics are always at risk of letting themselves drift into the endless pulse that is Time. They constantly feel the pulse of time in the background of all things- they feel every second as it slips away. Because of this, many with the ability develop anxiety due to the constant knowledge of how much time they're losing.
