Chronokinesis is the power to manipulate the flow of time. Those that wield this power can travel through time, control the speed of a subjects' movement, slow down their enemies, as well as speed themselves up. However the effects of this relative distortion can vary. For example, controlling time of a mere object or person may not affect the space they reside in. They can even accelerate or reverse the ageing process on any subject that they desire. Over time though this power can grow to include the manipulation of space as well in accordance with the time-space continuum.

Chronokinesis

This is the ability to freeze time for short periods. However, those more skilled with the ability can also achieve minor rewinds (going back a few seconds) and use bullet-time. Some drawbacks of the talent may include temporary time-blindness, zoning out, or uncontrollable pauses or 'glitches' in their experience of time. The ability is almost as rare as mesmerizing, however, it operates more like an elemental ability. Akin to the way a Pyrokinetic or Hydrokinetic may always feel the urge to give into the flame or the water, Chronokinetics are always at risk of letting themselves drift into the endless pulse that is Time. They constantly feel the pulse of time in the background of all things- they feel every second as it slips away. Because of this, many with the ability develop anxiety due to the constant knowledge of how much time they're losing.
