Hey guys, I’m sorry I’ve been barely posting any content (I know you’re here for all the Deltarune stuff) but I have something new to post!!

Currently I’m trying to figure out writing and writing stories and all that fun stuff, so I decided to be brave and post a short original work on AO3! I would appreciate it if you could read through this and possible give me any critiques or suggestions of how I can better write my characters or better write dialogue, as this is a mainly Deltarune (and sadly, somewhat Stranger Things) inspired work, and I want to give it the best writing I can!!

I've never tried posting non-fandom related works on AO3 (or really anywhere else), but I don't really have an audience for this story anywhere else. I'd appreciate it if y'all would give it a chance and give me some feedback.

Synopsis: Teenagers are supposed to be figuring out what they'll do with their lives. Teenagers are supposed to be worried about romance and first jobs and high-school. Ava Rhodes was fourteen when her family died, and she has no one to blame but herself. Being a teenager was never in the cards for her. Ava is left struggling under her guilt, and she's slowly drowning under the weight, but what if her family's death wasn't actually her fault? What if there's more at play? What will she do if it IS her fault and she is the monster she's always feared?
