Patient, I am serious! Did you go to a doctor the first time that happened? What was the diagnosis back then? Sorry if this is a touchy subject, but I genuinely hate hearing that you are in such a state, dear...

I’ve got a really hard head, don’t worry <3 I had a surgery on my tear ducts when I was a baby and they said that mine were particularly tight or whatnot so it could have been tied into that, but that one time was the only time it ever happened.
