Interstate 10 eastbound heading toward downtown is clear, but look at my map. The red line is traffic heading northbound 45N (Dallas), from south side (Galveston, NASA, Clear Lake, League City, Bacliff, Pasadena). UH is almost emptied, closing 1pm.
