Another kinmemory
I was a werewolf, and leader of the companions guild when I heard of the Dawnguard and went to join them. My first mission sent me to this ruin where I met Serana; a vampire of the volkihar clan (the first and most powerful vampires, given the gift from a Daedric prince) and I brought her home. Upon finding out how shitty her father is I decided not join them so we parted ways and I went back to the Dawnguard. Eventually Serana fled her father and came to me for refuge and we set out to destroy her father and his plan to use her blood to cast Skyrim into darkness (sunlight is a vampire’s weakness) during the course of our mission we had to journey to this place called the soul cairn in order to get something from her mom (she went their fleeing Serena’s father; Harkon) and the only way I could go there and be able to return is if she turned me into a vampire lord. I didn’t hate vampires but I loved being a werewolf. We had fallen in love though, and I couldn’t lose her, so she turned me into a vampire lord so that I could return with her from the soul cairn.
