I want to share something with you.. @gandyslondon is a fashion label that inspires a need for positive change. Founded by two brothers (Rob and Paul) who tragically lost both their parents in the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami. The boys now work together, merging their love for travel and design to create fashion with intention and to help support fellow orphans around the world. Right now, the boys are working incredibly hard to help build their second children's home for underprivileged children in Malawi, which is fuelled by the Gandys brand as 10 percent of all profits go towards building and maintaining the children's homes. Gandys is more than just a brand - it's an initiative which inspires the need for change and promotes fashion for good 🤗💛 I couldn't help but be moved by their story. GANDYS FLIP FLOPS

A post that isn't about Barbers, or Beards? That's right!

It's very rare to meet an individual, or be introduced to a brand, that fills you with inspiration. When working at Sonisphere Festival, that is exactly what happened.

I met the team of Gandy's, and was intrigued to learn the story behind these colourful flip flops. The story is both heartbreaking and heartwarming.

It is the tale of two brothers, Rob and Paul, who lived a rather nomadic childhood with their parents. Sadly, during their travels, they lost both of their parents in the Boxing Day Tsunami, making them orphans...

These guys are so inspirational though. Not only did they pick themselves up, they have created a wonderful company which funds shelter, nutrition and education for other orphaned children. And the flip flops are awesome!

Generally, you will always find me with socks, and shoes. My wife however, lives in flip flops, so I got her a pair. She has not taken them off and frequently tells me how comfy they are! So... I broke tradition, and donned a pair of Gandy's! And yep, she was right, unbelievably they are incredibly comfortable. It goes a long way knowing that we are a tiny part of an amazing movement too!
