The Finish is a spectre glowing
The Finish is a tide that's slowing
The Finish is the wire, bare and singing
The Finish is the silence....

A little teaser (sound on). Not my usual kind of thing, I know. But I know there could be one or two people that might like this. @danni-gurrl had herself as a singer once, if I remember right (I think so!)
Another few concept taster tease scenes and images from the ORRIVIN project (Sound on). Lip sync is really tough, especially to your own music. I'm just trying to make the video into something worth watching.
"Now You're Just a Memory"
Anyone who's watched my videos on YouTube has probably heard the music. It's honestly most of the emotional weight the videos carry.
I've been working quietly in the background to improve things since getting demonetised for one too many frilly maid videos. New videos should be fine going forward, but to stay within YouTube's TOS I had to delete the older ones - they're still up on DeviantArt if you want to find them. Since then, the newer videos have turned into something closer to musical storybooks, like the one below.
I've also moved the music off a nameless Suno account and onto a proper name: ORRIVIN. The name is meant to suggest a fractured origin, something torn from where it started. It felt right for the kind of themes I keep coming back to.
The music isn't a one-click Suno generation. I write the lyrics myself, then keep editing until it pulls in the direction I intend. Genre-wise, it sits somewhere across post-rock, shoegaze, electronica, and alternative rock. It's hard to pin down neatly, but hopefully it comes through in the tracks themselves.
The TL:DR of this is post is that any future AI-Satin-Chic music will be published under the ORRIVIN name.
Here's the Suno link if you want to hear a bit more: ORRIVIN | Suno
One example: "Storm in Slow Motion." It's about the first quiet signs that something's changing, building toward a moment where the narrator wonders if their own absence might spare someone they love further pain - and the choice to stay and fight instead.
The storm here isn't one big crisis. It's slower than that. Laughter, touch, presence, eroding so gradually that the loss slips past before anyone can realise it's gone. The bridge is where it turns: a wish that the change had arrived suddenly instead, because at least a crisis gives you something to fight.
Would love for you to give it a listen.

How did you sleep for over 27 hours?!
Surprisingly very deeply. I had some nightmares mixed with dreams, mixed with some angry dreams, mixed with me having a dreamception where I woke up in my dream and went through my entire day, then woke up this morning.
computer doing that thing where the screen won’t turn on but it also won’t go to sleep mode so all you can do is restart ur comp. Sai has been doing that thing where u opened a psd so now u can’t save as an Sai file, so I’ve been trying to finish these last two drawings so I can export them and finish coloring them on a different file. was about 90% done after mountains of work and now I’m fucked because they aren’t saved and I can’t turn on my comp w/o restarting.
