Aquitard?!

Yep. The -tard suffix means to slow, and I remember that from choir. It means it's a layer of sediment that's permeable, but less permeable than an aquifer, which is usually sand, while an aquiclude is a layer of sediment which blocks water altogether, which is usually clay.

Aquitard was the easiest one for me to remember, but the -fer and -clude suffixes mean nothing to me so the words just blur together in my head.

Nah, it was a couple of people I haven't been following for very long. I don't want to like... call people out by name, so I just threw out a heads up.

I'm usually not gonna flip out if you tagged the post but missed a tag? But when people post obviously nsfw stuff without tagging it AT ALL I'm like, "???? what are you even doing"

Like once I was following someone from the Olympia tag and almost RIGHT AFTER I followed them they posted an entirely untagged picture of a yellowjacket on a penis and I was like, "are you fucking kidding me" I'm still wondering if they purposely posted that to tell me to stop following them rofl

yes also let me know if i fuck up, i sometimes don't tag nsfw language, would you like me to tag that too? i usually tag it if it's super overt but sometimes i don't which is always just a judgement call so if i should always tag them i will!

Nah, nsfw language isn't a big deal for me. I can just scroll past that if it's too raunchy for me. But like... please tag naked boobs and sex gifs and stuff y'know?

I'll keep this in mind, normally I'm pretty good about tagging nsfw things and social justice posts as well as rape culture and such. I'll definitely keep in mind to tag bees though.

I had some bad experiences with bees in the past and pictures of bees (mostly wasps, like yellowjackets, but i'm not a fan of any bees) really freak me out. :( I try to stay the heck away from them irl, too.

That's honestly kind of a shitty pre-order bonus. (and you can just buy the mario wheel on ebay after release)

Well I don't really want to have to buy it if I can get it for free? But yeah, no one has especially great pre-order bonuses imo (I guess because Nintendo is also giving you a free download of a game either way) but of the options I think the wheel is the best one?

Wow I had no idea Hetalia had those kinds of fans! I watched it before it got big :hipster: and I just thought it was a cute funny show???? Also KLK does have weird bits of incest but it's not a lot? Mako makes up for it by being the best imo

I mean... most things have weird fans, but I literally know nothing about Hetalia except "weird fans" so it makes me... hesitant, lol. I will add KLK to my list but if the incesty stuff squicks me out too much I'll drop it.

I'm never gonna get through this list rofl. I've been watching season one of Sailor Moon for the past week (one episode a night as I'm going to bed, using that non-filler list that I reblogged the other day) and watching an episode of Ouran when I'm eating lunch or dinner and it's taking foreverrrr. If I ever get to the end of the list I'll consider adding Hetalia to it, though.

Also Joel is insisting that I watch School Rumble. Joel and I have very similar taste in games but we do NOT have similar taste in anime or movies so I'm thinking it's probably not a good idea. Has anyone seen it?

That's basically exactly how I reacted it. Like, it went through a translation, a script, subbing, and dubbing and somehow NO ONE along the way ever thought that it might be a bad idea?

I feel like it's impossible that literally no one said anything, tbh. Especially since it isn't just that one episode?? Haruhi's dad has shown up since then, and Haruhi stayed with one of his friends in the country for two episodes and that friend was also called the t-slur and it's like... how... did this happen..........

It would be one thing if someone said it and then was called out! But they're just using it over and over! The trans people (are they even trans people tbh?? They seem more like crossdressers? I don't even know what is happening at all) even refer to themselves with the t-slur and I mean... I know some real life trans people do that but most don't and it's soooo bad for people to be exposed to shows using this language like it's nbd?? howwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
