And after years of pondering and a few attempts, I have FINALLY decided to start a proper blog. Of course, a proper blog needs a proper introduction (which I have always been really awkward and bad at).

I’m Osay. People find it hard to believe but I am actually 20 years old.

I haven’t always been into fashion as much as I am now, but I’ve always had a thing for dressing up and wearing nice clothes. I think that dressing up and actually being into fashion are two different things and I’ve realized that just very recently.  Thank God I did.

My love for the performing arts pushed me to continue dancing, and through dancing, I discovered my fascination with Hip hop. It really is a great culture, and how it is portrayed now in public doesn’t give justice to how deep and meaningful it actually is. Along with hip hop, I found a sense of interest  with street culture. It’s nice to be able to see beauty in the streets and to learn to appreciate so much depth in the simplicity of street culture.

I love the 90s. I love the music, the fashion, the shows. And hey, I’m a 90s baby. Everything from the late 90s to the early 2000s is especially nostalgic. I’ll try to bring back all the 90s goodness in this blog, and continue bringing the 90s with me.

This is pretty much a fashion blog and I hope that you get to see how hip hop, street culture, and the 90s really influence my personal style, but at the same time, I want to do more than just post countless pictures of myself and what I’m wearing. I want to show how I see life now, impart knowledge and share the many lessons I have learned through what I have immersed myself in and the culture that I have embraced.

Well, that’s basically it. I wouldn’t want to spoil everything for this blog so I hope that was enough to keep you coming back here.
