Yesterday, I painted from life with a model in the schule für bildende, kunts und gestaltung : kunstschuleberlin.de invited by my friend Gianni.
Towards a time that did not paint with a model and at least 15 years that did not step on an art school as a student, the truth is that I enjoyed it a lot.
Here a quick sketch made with charcoal and acrylic paint on the notebook that Giulia gave me (by the way, Giulia is also an artist)

Hacia un tiempo que no pintaba con un modelo y al menos 15 años que no pisaba una escuela de arte como alumno y la verdad es que lo disfruté mucho.
Aquí hay un apunte rápido hecho con pintura al carbón y acrílico en el cuaderno que me dio Giulia (por cierto, también es una artista)

Blue Fires
Nothing to turn off all these blue fires.
Nothing to dry us, way to the lighthouse.
Banks on trails, trails on cliffs and cliffs hit by the waves.
Green, white and powerful but insufficient.
Nothing to heal us.
We will believe we are cured, but we will only be old and tired.
Nobody to save us from ourselves.
Here, strolling together, next to the big noise.
Nothing to turn off all these blue fires.

Fuegos Azules
Nada que apague todos estos fuegos azules.
Nada que nos seque, camino del faro.
Bancos en senderos, senderos en acantilados y acantilados golpeados por las olas.
Verde, blanco y poderoso pero insuficiente.
Nada que nos cure.
Nos creeremos curados, pero solo estaremos viejos y cansados.
Nadie que nos salve de nosotros mismos.
Aquí, paseando juntos, al lado del gran ruido.
Nada que apague todos estos fuegos azules.
