My @oseamalibu package came today, they are a 100% vegan skin care brand from Malibu, California. I have been wanting to try their products for so long! 😍 I have normal to dry skin, so asked them what products they recommend. So, I started off the new year right by using an all natural skincare regimen from OSEA Malibu (see original post here).

For about a month and a half, I have been using a few products from OSEA Malibu. I used their Sea Minerals Mist, Blemish Balm, Ocean Cleansing Mudd, & Red Algae Mask. These products have done a lot to improve the overall health of my skin. If you don’t know anything about OSEA Malibu, they are a small company that offers skincare and body care products that are not only natural, cruelty free, and vegan friendly, but 100% free of synthetic fragrances, gluten, soy, GMO’s, petrochemicals, parabens, and sulfates. These people really care about what you are putting on your skin!

I am not going to show you photos with makeup on, or photos that have been photoshopped. These are my true before, during, and after photos. These products have done a lot to reduce redness on my face, wonders for my cystic acne, and a lot for my complexion in general. Is my face perfectly clear now? No. But that is something that I don’t believe any skincare product can do in just a couple months (a lot of the marks on my face are scars and I have a problem with touching my face that I desperately need to work on).

Sea Minerals Mist: This spray is a refreshing mixture of nutrients and antioxidants helped reduce the redness of my skin, as well as hydrate it. I used to get really dry skin in the winter, and when it’s not dry, it’s typically oily. My face has been totally balanced; I’d say it’s a miracle, but I know I have to thank OSEA. This product has a great list of ingredients and I would recommend it to anyone who has sensitive skin and suffers from dry skin and redness.

Blemish Balm: This little guy is a life saver! If you have acne-prone skin and can only try one product from OSEA Malibu, I would suggest this one. It’s a super light weight moisturizer that helps fight acne while keeping your skin hydrated. The product’s description states, “Contains OSEA’s proprietary trio of organic seaweeds and a healing blend of Cypress, Juniper, and Rosemary essential oils, known for their antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.” The ingredient list for this product is nice as well, with many different oils. Another thing I love about this product is the scent! It’s very refreshing.

Ocean Cleansing Mudd: It may sound silly to clean your face with mud, but this product really works. This cleanser is very strong. If you have very sensitive skin, I would not recommend using this product twice daily. I however, found it worked for my twice daily. I applied this cleanser to a charcoal konjac sponge to cleanse my face and I love how it feels. The cleanser has peppermint & tea tree oils so it smells really fresh and leaves your face tingling! This does come in a glass bottle, so I do not suggest keeping it in the shower. I actually broke my tub when I dropped it one morning.

Red Algae Mask: My favorite part about this mask is you don’t have to mix it with anything! A lot of the facial masks that I own are a powder, so you have to mix it with water or something before applying. I also like that this product is thin and easy to apply to your face. It comes in a super handy plastic pump bottle. This mask is loaded with different clays, vitamin E, and vitamin C to hydrate and nourish your skin! This one feels a little tingly for a bit, but ones it dries, the feeling goes away. It’s easy to forget this mask is on because it doesn’t dry super stiff.

Overall: I think that OSEA Malibu is a great vegan, cruelty free, & all natural skincare brand that has something for every skin type! I will continue using these products and I am confident that I will continue seeing results. Not only are their products great, their customer service is excellent as well. If you aren’t exactly sure what your skin needs, just shoot them an email and they are more than willing to help you decide what’s best for your skin. Your skin is your biggest organ and it absorbs everything you put on it! Make smart choices by using a skincare brand that is natural and non-toxic. Their products are a little on the pricey side, but your skin is well worth the investment. Plus, they also have travel sizes that are affordable and offer enough product for you to tell if it works for you or not. They also offer a 100% money back guarantee.
