Qimir was on Brendok during The Coven massacre. These are the official posters from the series.
Why would he be featured on the posters if he wasn't there in the episode, you ask? I think it's because he WAS there but his scenes were filmed for Season 2 - which we won't be seeing now. Damnit Disney, give it back to us!
I truly think Qimir was on Brendok during The Coven massacre. There are even hints before episode 3. We see Qimir make the bunta poison without even looking down in episode 2 as well as eating the spice creams before we see or hear mention of the spice creams in episode 3.
We see a hooded figure on the dais during The Ascension ceremony that matches Qimir's exact silhouette but we don't see his face.
He knows how to get into the Fortress and navigate it - how? If he'd never been there before, how does he know? How does he know where to hide from Vernestra as well? He's way too familiar with the layout to never have been there before.
When the twins are talking to each other about the rhyme, asking how they knew it, we see Qimir come out of nowhere, pulling the very same lightsaber that Sol offered to Osha during the Ascension ceremony - as if answering them by saying, "If I can find you, so can the Jedi." - meaning he'd already found them before - in this exact same spot under the Bunta tree. I truly wonder if Osha's memory was wiped and he knew Osha before and that's why that was her favorite spot and he was the one that taught Osha the rhyme - because it sounds to me like it's what a Dyad is - and I truly wonder if he & Osha are a Dark Side Dyad.
Sorry if this was a bit rambly and confusing - I'm not great at gathering my thoughts when I'm excited.
Anyway, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
The Last Jedi. The Acolyte. Reylo. Oshamir. I think about what once was and remember all that seemed possible. So it's really sad to look back on these stories and see what was not allowed to be and what never will be. And becasue of what? Stupid people online and studios that care more about profit and don't realise that a well told story is the true, lasting, investment. Rey and kylo Ren could have been a love story to have altered the stars themselves. Osha and Qimir's love could have been the light that shone even in the darkest corners of the Force. What we could have had.

As more audiences caught up with The Acolyte years on, Empire spoke to Headland – who expressed that she would return if a second season of the show ever got the green light. “I would still want to do it! Absolutely,” she says. “As more people discover it, I think people may want to see some form of the story come back.” While a chapter of the story closed at the end of the season, Headland is clear on where she wanted to go next. “We did have a lot of stuff that we wanted to explore — including tying in lore to the sequels,” she teases. “Getting into who exactly Manny’s character is, his connection with [Jedi Master] Vernestra, his connection with Plagueis, and then his connection with other sequel-established things.” For now, fans can binge Season 1 without waiting a week between episodes – a viewing experience Headland recommends. “It was designed that way,” she says. And in a galaxy rife with possibilities, there may come a time for The Acolyte to, somehow, return. “The weather changes with Star Wars,” she says. “There was a real negative reaction to [the Prequels], especially from a particular generation. And 25 years later, Hayden [Christensen] is at Celebration.” Trust in the Force.
