(day 6/31) otaat challenge 🌻
i'm back!
for the past few days I've been out constantly!! the sky was consistently gorgeous and after my second time ice skating, i think I'm addicted 😍 now it's time to get back into the daily study flow though.
gonna get into Tess of the D'Urbervilles (pictured) after procrastinating the morning away.
(day4/31) otaat challenge 🌻
missed day 3, but i'll let it slide since i'm not quite familiar with the tumblr format yet
the past 2 days i went out to be with friends!! it was very much living in the moment :) i am very grateful for the laughs - wonder what taking one thing at a time would look like in this context
also, journalling/prayer: has been faced ☑️. a long journey of introspection is to come, with less fear i hope
my one goal tmr: start uni research

(day2/31) otaat challenge 🌻
recap: so, laying down my phone all distractions and doing one thing at a time works wonders. i wrote & turned in 2 essays in 24 hours - an amazing event, as i usually take at least 3 miserable days for one essay.
reflection: knowing that yes, i CAN effectively tackle problems one by one! i have the capacity! really eased the paralysing fear in my mind. i now notice that i've been avoiding my journalling/prayer time like it's the plague. no wonder i feel foggy and unmoored; a captainless boat in a sea of cloudy doubts. i really don't want to face my Captain with all the selfish and stupid things i have done recently.
goal for tomorrow: do proper journalling + sincere prayer time
31-day otaat (one thing at a time) challenge
i am restarting this neglected blog with a challenge i just made up :D what chaos
recently I've been running from responsibilities like crazy, and everything has started to Pile Up. on the edge of my panic, a kind friend intervened and told me to solve things one by one, and she was right.
i hope that this small challenge of posting once a day from dec 15, 2019 - jan 15, 2020 will remind me to breathe, and really take one thing at a time.
more reflections later. in the two hours left of today, i will focus utterly on an essay for english lit that's 3 days overdue now.
