Thanks coach @craighalaas !! It was “Orange Everest” today. Every minuet on the treads today we increased the incline up to 15 and hen back down, for 14 minutes. So today my body decided to wake me up at 5:30 am, then I forgot to turn on my heart rate monitor so my work out wasn’t fully logged! Then I lost my phone in the abyss of my car. Luckily I got a new Apple Watch and remembered to put myself in work out mode... it logged about 850 total calories burned.
