Lore: At an unknown date (rough est. the early 2000s), a company made Taurs of various types under a military contract. The said contract fell through after drone warfare was deemed cheaper, so now the numerous taurs that were made were immediately deemed obsolete from the get-go. Unable to dispose of them due to an unrelated PR disaster within the government, Taurs were given citizenship status (though a few did ultimately see military use).

Cut to the present day, Picket barely remembers much of what happened during his creation and decides to start a streaming career. Currently lives in a flat with two (three?) other Taurs.

Lore: "I have gone by many names throughout the centuries. Watcher, Traveler, The Witness of History. The Achaeans called me Seramedes. But in my homeland, I was called Seratsu.

I was born 3000 years ago in Nippon. As the first humans came to the land, my gaze turned outward. Curious. Against the wishes of my brethren, I set out to see the wide wide world. Watching Humanity grow in number, civilizations rise and fall. I have witnessed the Trojan War, the Persian expansion, the rise of great men. You could say it never got boring. It wasn't until the early 15th century when a priest, out of some misunderstanding, sealed me in a box. There I would be stuck for 600 or so years until I was finally freed by a curious museum worker.

Now I stand free once again. Here to see how the world has changed and bear witness to the worlds created by others. And I wish to share that with all of you. Will you join me on my journey?"
