if i’m being honest, boredom and having read everything that i could find for this pair 

3: What’s your favorite line of narration?

right now, i haven’t been able to top the lines about smoking from the first chapter, but i’m hoping that slowing down my writing process will let me write the rest better.

out of the finished chapters, though, i’d say the transition in the middle of chapter 2 had to be the worst

what is your main ship, if you have one?

It used to be Julian/Nikolai but no I don’t really have a main ship anymore.

Now I’m quite happy to see any of these lovely men shipped in any way with each other as they all just have such fantastic internal chemistry.

I will say though that I did formerly find Nick/Julian overplayed as it used to be at least in fanfiction what felt like a 10:1 ratio of Julian/Nick to any other pairing which quickly got annoying.

If it seems like Nikolai/Anyone is rather more common on here and that’s what led you to asking, that’s simply due to Nikolai being my favourite Stroke for nearly 12 years now.
