If Mari and Otis got to hang out how do you think that would go 👀

I think it's a 50/50 between either they get along great or just Otis wants to leave immediately.

50/50 might be too even actually, they'd probably get along well. Otis is intrigued by science and experiments and would most likely offer himself as it could be interesting for Mari since he doesn't exactly regenerate immediately like most others in the parable. They'd probably bond over shit talking people tbh, like two sassy wine aunts just insulting everyone that happens to walk past them. Also funny little thought of Mari wanting to see him so she just kills Stanley so Otis has to appear and is just like sat there waiting trying to look all sweet.

Fun fact of the day! Otis has a little sister, he has an incredibly fatherlike nature from looking after her yet he has no memory of her anymore since entering the Parable.

He despises Stanley, not because of the cleaning but because despite everything Stanley gets guidance, he has someone with him, he has things he can do, he gets to choose.

Broken Otis is less of an AU/variant and more of just Otis after more time in the Parable, when he finally has had enough. The only thing he has that was his choice is a small robot made from a monitor he took, its like a child or a pet to him, not that he gets all that much time with it because of Stanley discovering "endings".

His fatigue is practically chronic at this point, never having much energy for anything nor really the strength either half the time.
