Otoahnacto, Shou

1: Origins! How did you come up with the concept for your OC?

Otoahnacto: Otoah was a talent concept at first! I had taken my very first cruise and observed the cabin workers and loved the towel animals so I thought of two concepts.

The first concept was an average-height, angry woman in her work clothes who constantly had towels and would smack people with them if she got steamed enough, also really hated her job

The second was a reserved american-Indian person who simply made art and didn’t talk that much. oh and pretty strong too. so i went with this idea!

Shou: It started off with his secret which I can’t say but also due to the fact that balloon artists are fairly uncommon SHSLS, it made me want to peruse him even further. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and play a more assertive but kind of decent character as at the time I only had Nao, Taiki and Izo which were all similar. 

Squids

4: How do you get into your OC’s mindset to write for them? How do you find the muse for them?

Squids is very easy for me to write because of fun diction. Though I don’t really have a specific way of doing it other than just saying i’m going to do a reply and then start writing, really. I like to listen to their blog music too to help.

25: What are your plans for your muse in the future?

Otoahnacto: I’m not sure yet! I definitely would like to reuse him because he was very fun to put into practice and I got to come up with things along the way that stuck with me, like purposefully not using the aliases in ll2. I know when I do reuse him though I’ll be careful with choosing a group because he probably would have a bad time in a city or something.

Tomomi: Well first things first I gotta rework them. I got a very good critique a while back but I haven’t touched them since and I really do want to bring them back. I guess part of me is embarrassed of their old app/personality and the fact that I don’t have a set way of diction for them which has me procrastinating but I definitely want to do something with them as I love crane games and would love to have the passion come out in an oc.

Daiki: I was bummed for a while and felt kind of lost on where to go since I was in a set mindset but really I’m just waiting for a fitting group for him. If it isn’t that then other muses tend to overpower the muse for Daiki but he’s still a very important character to me and he’s definitely not shelved.
