Offered the new beginning of Days to my toughest beta reader and sat with stomach knots waiting for feedback (it's always good and constructive feedback and I love it and I love her for it and I love her for making me a better writer because the original Days never would've existed if it weren't for her ya know) and she came through with, "NO NOTES." And I don't think you understand the level of squealing I did because getting NO NOTES from her is like top tier for me. It's the winning lottery ticket. It's the shiny gold medal.
