I’m actually in the middle of writing a series of three novellas (around 100 pages each) that were inspired by three characters from KBTBB.
I highly respect Voltage and their writers so I allowed their characters to influence mine, but I created my own unique spin on them. These characters aren’t the same especially since I set them in Victorian England and they aren’t Japanese. But the personalities of Eisuke, Soryu, and Mamoru were models for my characters in these novellas.
I posted one of my book covers and an excerpt the other day. The book is Jewel of Winter. That is the first book in the novella trilogy. It focuses on Edmund. The second book I’ll be starting this week, and it will focus on Simon. The third book is Monty. They will all be romance.
