A Mini Adventure

Cookie and I went on a little rescue mission today, after finding this little guy out in the rain this morning.

I called the local hedgehog rescue and they asked me to weigh them, and it turned out they were around 200 grams underweight for this time of year.

We took him to our nearest vet to be looked over (who said they're fine, aside from being underweight), and later this little ouch-mouse will be taken to, and cared for, by the hedgehog rescue.

Strange how skittish these two are when they've the ability to protect themselves. They have fangs, claws or quills, but still the world is scary.
