…ok it is a bit late, but these are so delicious that you won’t mind having waited. These are traditional Latvian Piparkūkas - i.e. superior gingerbread biscuits, made only for Christmas - and we baked them ourselves. Thanks to Astrid for the main recipe used, though I hope next year to use some of the handwritten recipes my parents have unearthed, from when they were making them in the 70's.
