Remembrance Day
I am sharing this poem In Flanders' Fields in honour of all of the men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. My uncle, S Leonard Goodman, May 1941 to 1946 served two countries Canada and the USA. He was part of the elite unit known as the First Special Service Force. The force was also known as The Black Devils. A movie and books have been written about "the force." I am proud of my uncle and his service to our countries. He was and is a hero.
