Like her, I thought we were the perfect couple. Like her, I experienced pain. Like her, I couldn't bear to be a martyr. Like her, I got a lot of 'what ifs'. Vows and trust were broken. I was broken and I became stronger. But I downed my ego. I took the risk to forgive again. Like her, I chose to give a second chance to a very willing person. So, now, I stopped dreaming of having a perfect relationship 'coz there'll be no such and 'coz trials will always be there to test how strong the foundation of relationship is. What I believe now is 'staying-in-love is what we need rather than being-in-love.' It is being committed--a matter of forgiveness, a matter of standing strong even if the situation had brought so much pain and, lastly, a matter of faith. And so, I can say, "It is WORTH IT!" "A story of second chance and forgiveness." #SecondChanceisReal😊😍 #MMKSecondChance #Aperfectreminderforcouples❤ #ourpostHeart'sDayCelebration😍
