An important documentary about a prevalent crisis affecting so many and something that should be talked about a lot more. Mental health is just as important as physical health and I believe the two go hand in hand. Obviously it is easier said than done to freely discuss what is troubling us but I just hope that for anyone who is struggling right now, especially with everything that is going on at the moment... please reach out to those in your life who you value or to a helpline who can offer a considerate and guided ear. I lost my brother to suicide as a child, when I was too young to understand the gravity of the situation, but it is something I’ll always carry with me, a tragedy such as that permeates through a family fabric and I think programmes such as these are commendable in talking about the difficult subjects that a lot of us would rather not.
