My copy of Failsafe is from here: http://www.filesonic.com/file/2989858385/Young.Justice.S01E16.Failsafe.HDTV.XviD-PREMiER.avi and it plays normal in quicktime, but put it in adobe premiere CS4 and it's upside down. 

My version of "Revelations" always works though, even if nothing else wants to. But I forget who / where I got it from, since I know for a fact it wasn't in that first masterpost link set yet when I downloaded it.
