Today on cooking with @stefanamato... . 1. In a 2-qt. saucepan, submerge one unopened bag of rice in 4 cups of boiling water (double the amount of water for two bags). . 2. Boil uncovered for 10-12 minutes. . 3. Remove bag from water and drain. Cut open bag and pour contents into a serving dish. Add 1 tsp. butter (optional).
