Tuesday's Class
We worked on three techniques- outer block, backfist, and axe kick.
We were given some drills to work on them, such as with the outer block moving in different directions other than just forward. This required a lot of concentration and it helped to show how the techniques we learn should not just be drilled in a straight line.
I love doing kicks and my axe kick is one that I am very proud of due to the height that I am able to reach. My aim to improve, however, is to increase the power I have whilst performing.
