Joining back Tumblr after a (well, actually long) hiatus -
I want to connect with Outlander fans and old moots, if they are still here (sending a wave and a "hi"!) 🤗
Please like or comment on this post and I will follow you :) See you guys around!
#TBT or not… Sure, it’s all just the invention of a tiny group of shippers… Totally delusional, obviously…
And...
"Whether I’m dead… or you. Whether we’re together or apart, I will always love you.”
I wanted to make a Claire & Jamie edit for so long, but I was waiting for the series to be over first…well, now it’s done 😭 Still can’t believe it’s really over tbh. Also… are we gonna talk about that ending or what?? Who else here is still crying ?✋😭
My beautiful readers 🌼
I came across a link where people are collecting signatures to ask for an Outlander film, so the story can have a proper and complete ending
The petition is originally in Spanish, and I thought it was such a beautiful idea for all of us who have loved this universe for so many years. So, if you’d like, I can leave the link here for you to add your signature and support it together with us.
And well, I’m also going to add the translated message from the petition so you can better understand everything that’s being proposed.
The Cause 📝 CHANGE.ORG:
“A final season worthy of 12 years of love — or a film”
“Outlander deserves a film. Twelve years of love cannot end like this.”
We are the fans of Outlander. Millions of people around the world who, for 12 years, followed Jamie and Claire Fraser through every battle, every loss, and every impossible reunion.
Outlander is not just a series. It is a global community that found in this story something far beyond fiction. We fell in love with the characters, with Scotland, with Diana Gabaldon, and with a kind of love that quite literally transcends time.
The ending of Season 8 left us heartbroken — not only because of what happened, but because of everything that was left untold.
That is why today we are asking for a film.
A production that gives Jamie and Claire’s story the ending it truly deserves. One that honours 12 years of loyalty, books, rewatches, and community. One that gives the Fraser legacy the epic conclusion it deserves.
What we are asking for:
✅ A film that brings Jamie and Claire’s story to a definitive and emotional conclusion, worthy of everything we have built together over these past 12 years.
✅ A real connection with Blood of My Blood — so that the universe Diana Gabaldon created does not remain fragmented, but instead allows both stories to intertwine and complete the Fraser legacy.
✅ For Starz to listen to its community — because after more than a decade of unwavering loyalty, fans deserve an ending that fills our hearts instead of leaving us with unanswered questions.
The actors want to return. The fans are still here. The story is still here.
We only need Starz and the creative team to make the decision.
Outlander deserves a film. And we will wait for it.
For Jamie. For Claire. For everyone who has spent 12 years travelling through time with them.
To: Starz, Ronald D. Moore, Maril Davis, Sam Heughan, Caitríona Balfe & the entire Outlander creative team. If you’d like the link to sign the petition, just let me know and I’ll post it in a new post.
