alright!! happy to announce that the blog has been entirely overhauled with a brand new shiny look!! i am very proud of all the work i put into this new theme. i am looking to also update / rework my pages next!

okay so, brand is either the first or one of the first dark stars. he ends up becoming one because he lost his team during an invasion from the void, and was so overcome with grief, loneliness, and also “infected” by the void there that it corrupted him.

it happened a long, long time ago. because of the void influencing his corruption he has an innate drive to just destroy. it’s instinctual to a point. it’s born both of the void and his own grief.

brand also lost the rest of his team’s cracked/broken emblems during the invasion.

in terms of interacting with other dark stars, he is very solitary. very quiet. he doesn’t speak very much. he doesn’t really care about any plans or goals, either; his only goal is to destroy whatever and wherever he goes.

#outofbattle.#been away due to a small winter storm where i live #but dont worry my family and i are all fine!#the family i was staying with didnt have internet and we were more or less snowed in #i resume work tomorrow but for now i am enjoying myself #i have been chipping away at a very long reply for rogue #they sent me an ask on gawens birthday im working on #it will b a long read lol #after that i aim to do the two worldbuilding asks i got #and i am going to try to write a modern au fic for sylas and garen! i have plans for a decent chunk i just have to do the actual writing lol #lots of things i wanna do so little time lol #but anyway. im doing good. in a good mood #i got to rest for several days and saw my mom so im feeling very :) today

i am really sorry to all of the victims today, i cannot imagine the pain you are all going through. i do pray you all are able to find some peace and a sense of comfort. what happened to those affected was wrong and a violation of boundaries. i am sorry for the lack of words to add, i wish i could say more. it was so wrong, that’s all i can find to say.
