[[ Happy New Year, everybody! Hope everyone's decade is going well thus far. If not, you've got a while to improve.

Thought this would be as good a time as any to update my rules and guidelines. I've been RPing Splat for two and a half years at his point and the whole time, most of his threads have been introduction threads. I am burnt out on doing intro threads. I need (at least) a vacation from doing them, so I'm going to try something out. I'm not going to do them.

Why I haven't done that up to this point was fear of alienating people and having them not want to approach Splat. Trust me, I get he's not the most approachable. Intro threads are useful for sorting out how our muses will react to one another. My thoughts on skipping this is that introductions are awkward. That awkwardness can be avoided by summarizing what might have happened when they first met. Or not. If you want to talk about it ooc beforehand, we can, but it's not necessary.

To help build a narrative for those who want to about how Splat met your muse, I'm going to be putting up a page detailing what Splat might be found doing on both islands.

I will be continuing the intro threads I have currently going. After that, we're on to the new setup.
