The wolf gear is because the heroine of Pandora’s Gene was a werewolf--the whole set was a gift from a fan.
Uh, I haven’t exactly designed it and I can’t draw anyways but dark purple and orange are part of the color palette. Sparkleshark.
Orange is Sayuri’s favorite color.
Their favorite flower is fire lilies! Their little hair decoration thing is a fire lily.
Sayuri usually refers to orange lilies, so they like lilies enough to make them their pen name.
In flower language, orange lilies represent hatred or resentment.
They’re aware of that.
Sayuri started drawing as a bab but didn’t really go into the fandom until their early teens? They drew animal people before they knew kemono/furry art was an organized thing.
So they kind of came into the fandom out of nowhere.
They don’t often talk about themself so nobody knows much about their personal life.
They own a personal fursuit and a few ones representing their comic characters.
They have fursuited before outside of conventions naturally.
They come from a pretty rich household so they’ve never really wanted for much.
Sayuri is...something when it comes to dancing. They’re very enthusiastic.
However, they don’t really have much technical proficiency. Either way, at least they’re having fun...?
They’re most acquainted with tradtional art and are a good bit more at ease with traditional mediums than with digital art.
Buuuuut digital work is kind of necessary for comics after a point so they had to adjust.
Sayuri was introduced to the fandom by their partner, a coyote named Mintaka.
Mintaka helped them with running booths for a while though the few months leading up to Sayuri’s acceptance at HPA, he wasn’t quite as prevalent as he used to be...
They have an older sibling! Whom they don’t talk much about.

They’re a repository of semi-useful trivia about animals.
Their VC is Lily from Hi-Tops. I have literally no idea who the actress is.
Arcana-wise I’d personally associate them with The Moon?

Sayuri is not really a good cook.
They’re not lethally bad, or prone to causing things to explode, but they’re just lost in a kitchen.
They really, really like sushi.
So if you want to impress them, take them on a date to a really nice sushi bar.
They’re very physically expressive.
Both in the terms of having very obvious body language and tending to be...huggy.
Like, they’re prone to casually patting people on the shoulder or giving out hugs liberally, whatever have you.
