Riot has never cared about Viktor. I think for the last five or so years, whenever they started to develop Fartcane is when they started to just say fuck it we will shift whatever we need to in order to make the show work the way we envisioned.

Anyways i'm high and disappointed with Season 2 and how Arcane is infecting the true canon and not just skins. I've been on record here before about their motives and how bland and unfocused or unimaginative AUs/skinlines are. Battlecast means nothing anymore. I don't want him to go in his current state. It's not great but its still in it's heart and soul Viktor. I've relapsed (League of Legends) because i heard of his VGU. Unnecessary and saddening.

Arcane Act 3

I’M FUCKING SEETHING WITH RAGE ON HOW THE;Y JUST FUCKING EDGED US ALL LIKE THAT. FUCK YOU RIOT GOT DAMMIT. 

On one hand I really want to acknowledge what a literal bombshell of a cliffhanger that was but mother fucker.... that wasn’t as satisfying as it was aggravating.

I’m fucking bawling about Jinx AGAIN which I didn’t think i’d do and that last episode, this last arc, was pretty fucking good i’m not going to lie. Jesus fucking christ thought I just can’t get over that bs. That’s not an ending. Fuck

We see Vanderwick which is awesome, jayce and viktor both have blood on their hands but what in the actual fuck is going to happen? The story is about Jinx. Her rise to her new and deranged self and her journey is fucking flawless. Best character in the show. Tier two goes to Vi/Cait. Then we get Jayce/Vik and god dammit their arcs were honestly just starting to get interesting.

Now I’m going to have to wait so long to get relief. Fuck me and fuck this.

I do think that Jinx and Viktor would be able to collaborate on scientific projects just that the only barrier would be her untidiness and her psychosis. It would make Viktor lose focus and also make him think she is unwilling to work with others. Not that he also has a hard time working with others but I would love and AU where she was discovered or things started looking up for the little boom crew they had in the lanes and decided to hone her skills at the Academy and Viktor was very involved in the school and helps her with her thesis project.

That or some sort of Dexter’s Lab dynamic between them would be hilarious

Arcane Act II Ideas & Impressions

Second batch while not as good as the first act, still very solid storytelling. It’s very hard to juggle between so many characters but it’s coming along pretty well. Just need to stick the landing.

As far as ideas go, wow holy fuck. A lot to unpack. Obvious void implications that probably put battlecast into the main timeline. Kind of a stretch but Viktor probably has a connection to the void now which I like. I’ve always seen him as interested in everything and going further beyond than what was thought possible. I’m still chewing on Viktor having some sort of degenerative disease from the toxicity of the undercity but I really like the Singed ‘mentorship’. I’ve always thought they might have crossed paths from time to time to collaborate.

Mega win for Viktor not being a simp. Research and the grind is your pussy dawg. Keep it real.

And Jayce... Ah, that arrogant rat bastard of a man. Poor Heimerdinger. It’s a shame that the politics game was happening right under his nose the entire time and he didn’t even know it. Funny. And incredibly sad.
