I jumped upon this blog to try to discuss the new champion. I was a bit excited but all I see is people hating upon him, consider this me politely excusing myself from further participating in this.

what are, and how many ranks are there from the bottom (private/grunt) to the top (grand general) In the Noxian military?

The High Command is composed of Noxus’ top Generals and holds a limited number of seats. Something around five or six probably. The Grand General reigning over them as the supreme power in Noxus. I imagine it’s essentially a cabinet.

Try to remember that the military and the city-state are one. Anyone can become a Noxian citizen but only those who has served their time within the military have the means to vote and run and hold any sort of political position within Noxus.
