CHEESY STORY TIME!!!!

So some of you may not know I am actually engaged as of right now to my girlfriend of four years. I met her in eighth grade and she’s both my best friend and the love of my life. (She actually runs the blog @mcrpekc so go give her a follow if you haven’t -- she’s lovely and super nice) But anyways, I used to write with her all the time. I don’t write with her as much because she’s not as active in the rpc (I do still write with her in private) but that’s beside the point. I actually realized I was in love with her while writing with her. We were doing a thread in a different fandom at the time and I started thinking about her as a person. The thread wasn’t shippy, it wasn’t special in any way, it was just a mundane thread. I don’t even remember which fandom it was for, I just remember how much it made me think about her as a person.

It was then I realized ‘hey maybe I like her’ -- but of course I’m a super introverted person who can’t really understand emotions. At the time I was super underdeveloped emotionally. Of course because of this she ended up making the first move but if it wasn’t for the fact that we wrote together at the time I probably wouldn’t have ever really come to terms with the fact I liked her. Now we have been together for over four years, are happily engaged, and are getting an apartment together soon. Man does time fly.
