I dunno man, I feel like Balthazar is 100% That Bitch™️, 24/7, and when he does things that could be seen as Bastard Actions, it’s because he’s a Petty Bitch.
A Bastard can be a Bastard for many reasons but their asshole behaviors are generally rooted in action/reaction, and have a cause and desired effect.
A Bitch, however, will look you dead in the eyes and tell you they did it for the lulz. They have no goal but to amuse themselves. They are Bastards free from the chain of causality and reason. Bitches are truly out here, bringing chaos to the world because it’s in their DNA to do so and I think that’s beautiful.
